User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Agreement governs the use of the AlmatyGirl 24 platform.

Access to the site's materials is permitted exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18. By clicking 'Login' or remaining on the site, you confirm your age.

2. Content Status and Terminology

The terminology used in filters and categories (e.g., 'Escort', 'Tête-à-tête', etc.) is professional slang or artistic description and does not imply the organization of illegal services.

Any form of coercion, involvement in illegal activities, or provision of intimate services on a commercial basis through the site's tools is prohibited.

3. Allowed

  • Post real, up-to-date photo and video materials
  • Undergo verification to receive priority trust status
  • Indicate up-to-date service prices in your profile
  • Communicate politely and respectfully
  • Report violations to administration

4. Strictly Prohibited

  • Using others' or stock photos (fakes) — leads to immediate blocking without refund
  • Misleading clients, underpricing services in the profile
  • Using profanity and insults
  • Duplicating profiles
  • Posting content that violates the law
  • Attempting fraud or deception of clients
  • Violating other users' privacy
  • Spam and intrusive advertising
  • Mentioning prohibited substances

5. Financial Rules

  • Paid services (top boost, VIP status) are considered rendered at the moment of their activation in the system
  • Refunds of funds credited to the balance are not issued. Exception — a technical failure where the paid service was not provided. Contact Support within 24 hours.
  • Attempts to bypass payment system are prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of profile data or any incidents between users in real life
  • The site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical work or third-party actions (hosting, blocks). We do not guarantee 100% uptime in force majeure conditions.
  • A moderator may block or delete a profile if fraud, false data, or ethics violations are suspected. Paid services are cancelled without compensation upon removal for violations.

7. Security and Privacy

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Report suspicious activity

8. Final Provisions

  • Administration has the right to make changes to the Agreement without prior notice
  • Continued use of the Site means automatic acceptance of changes
